Q – What are your attraction’s rules and regulations?
A – Prior to visiting Hundred Acres Manor, we strongly recommend that you read and review our house rules for your safety and the safety of our staff.
Q – Is your event safe and family friendly?
A – Here at Hundred Acres Manor, the safety of our patrons and staff is of utmost importance to us. For your safety, we have provided our attraction rules and regulations to you prior to entering our facility. We also feature clearly lit emergency exits, a well trained security staff, and on-site county police (on select dates). We also partake in mandatory rigorous electrical, fire, and safety inspections put in place by the county and the state of Pennsylvania. Due to the nature of our attraction and the graphic violence that is on display, we do not claim to be family friendly. Enter at your own risk!
Q – Can we be thrown out of the haunted house?
A – We want to be 100% clear on this one. YES! Should you break one of our attraction rules, harass one of our actors or put yourself, other patrons, or our staff in danger, you will be ejected without refund. We reserve the right to remove you at our discretion at anytime during your tour of the Manor grounds.
What special effects are used in the haunted house that may effect my current medical condition?
A – This haunted house may not be appropriate for some individuals with certain medical conditions due to special effects in use.

Is smoking permitted?
A- Smoking is prohibited while waiting in line as well as anywhere within the attraction, PERIOD!
Is Hundred Acres Manor handicap accessible?
A – Although we do our best at bring ADA compliant, Hundred Acres Manor may not entirely accessible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
